Support from this business has been excellent and all round - from an annual maintenance check on all our devices to help specifying and then setting up new laptop and printer. This paid dividends when my phone and cards were stolen ensuring no data was lost. Speedy help was also provided to get my new phone all secured and functioning, linked to laptop and desktop. Ross came by within less than a day of contact, and fully repaired my computer extremely quickly. He also upgraded my BIOS and operating system, and cleaned out the PC system from dust while he was here. Could not recommend enough!

Ross provided a professional, prompt and efficient service to my elderly fathers computer. I phoned Ross with a issue I had with my CPU Cooler not being able to go on properly. Prior to that, I had bent some pins on my old CPU. Ross has been very helpful with being able to resit the CPU correctly. Last Friday 18/07/2025. I phoned Ross on Monday with another issue that I was having Ross came out today 24/07/2025, and fixed my Power supply unit that was falling, he also fixed my fan positions so to make sure air was flowing correctly. Ross a big thank you for all of your magic touches on my tech. I will definitely recommended to my friends/family.
I emailed Ross a few months ago about swapping my pc into a new case and installing my new GPU which I had looked at doing myself, however after looking at Ross reviews and experience he has got I choose to go for the safer option and got Ross to do this which he did today.
