Ross fixed my PC! After a quick look it was worse than I hoped, but he minimisd the pain, and I was up and running again very quickly at reasonable price. He will be my go-to from now on. Cheers Ross.

So happy that I came across Ross. We have just moved into the area and looking at all the positive reviews of this company and about Ross I asked him to help me find a new computer and set it up for us. He sourced a computer, monitor etc, backed up all our data, found a solution to get our printer working and ensured we are fully back working with our digital technology! Not only that but Ross also shared his knowledge on mobile phones and doorbells. All without leaving my house. I am looking forward to continuing to invite Ross to support us into the future. I cannot praise Ross enough, friendly, professional and saved us money too! Sorted out an internet problem, ran new cable & set up a new hub - our broadband hasn't been quicker! Completely delighted! Didn't treat me as stupid (albeit I'm an older woman with limited IT skills). If you have an IT problem in your home I would completely recommend.

Ross was so helpful and patient when guiding this elderly idiot through a change of computer and broadband provider. As I was not a 'Gamer' or downloader of films or TV extravaganza he persuaded me to have a reconditioned free-standing Dell and upgrade from windows 7 to something more up to date.
