Ross upgraded and repaired my laptop. Excellent service and I was very pleased how quickly he did it. He has brought a very slow laptop up to as fast as a new one. Very pleased with both the cost and the end result. Will definitely keep him in mind when I have a problem again.

I have had a very pleasant experience today. Ross was very professional, polite and it was very easy to talk to him about any worries or concerns you have. He had my new PC built in a great time and even made sure to stress test everything to make sure stuff is working. I highly recommend Ross if you need any PC related advice/work done!

I rang Ross for advice and found him to be very knowledgeable as to what features I needed on my computer. Then he was very efficient in sorting out a newer computer for me in the most cost effective manner. I cannot fault the service Ross provided. My sons laptop threw a tantrum and screen went black. Windows 10 decided it didn't want to work anymore. Phoned Ross, He offered to come round following day but as I'd be at work, I dropped it round his house within 20 mins of my initial call. Only 3 hours later Ross calls, its all done. He didn't push for extra diagnostic work at extra cost as he felt confident reinstalling windows and a thorough tidy up was all it required. Son's happy he's back online, I'm happy the work didnt cost a fortune and I'm also relieved I didn't need to endure another painful phonecall to currys. Top guy and will use again definitely

Ross is very nice guy however he charged me £50 for diagnostic which involved opening my laptop and conclusion that there was a water damage which I already knew. The issue was not resolved and I spent £50 which I think its overpriced.

Could not have been more helpful. Replaced old i5 cpu to i7 CPU. Very thorough with checking thinks we're working the way they should. Even blew out all the dust from my fans that were giving system a little bit of heat. As was uncovered during a stress test. Very reasonable price as well. Thanks so much . Ps I got my gtx 2070 super installed now and it's like a new pc .

My laptop needed some TLC and e-mails had stopped working. Found Ross on a local search. Ross came to help within a week, sorted my e-mail issues and gave my laptop an overhaul. So very grateful for this. I am sure we will need Ross and his support in the future. Nice to have someone to help for all our IT needs
