Brilliant service from Ross. In fitting a new CPU I had accidentally dislodged another component. Ross fixed this very quickly and then changed the setup, upgrading the RAM and spending a full hour cleaning up my PC, including removing malware, bloated sotware and performing a system file check. He also offered very useful advice. All in all, a thoroughly professional and friendly service and highly recommended.

Ross upgraded my old Windows 8.1 HP laptop to Windows 10, replaced the hard drive with 1TB solid state drive, doubled the RAM to 16gb, reinstalled certain software. I can now do video editing again on what feels like a new laptop for a fraction of the price for the spec. Very pleased and really glad to be able to upgrade my exisiting still decent PC rather than getting a new one. Ross came back to fix snagging issues without any fuss. He is very fair, professional and a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommend.
