Personable, punctual and professional - from my first contact on this was a positive experience! Our beloved PC had suffered an accidental assault from a cup of spilled tea. I called around and Ross stood out from the beginning. I have some experience with the software side of machines, but am not so confident with electronics/hardware. Ross brought all the knowledge and equipment to my home - alongside a positive 'can-do' attitude with warmth and good humour. He worked with patience and care - and thankfully (almost miraculously) the PC was restored to health.
