I emailed Ross a few months ago about swapping my pc into a new case and installing my new GPU which I had looked at doing myself, however after looking at Ross reviews and experience he has got I choose to go for the safer option and got Ross to do this which he did today. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would highly recommend him to anyone who wants anything doing to their pc as he’s the man! Very pleasant, passion and very knowledgeable. Well I am now a dedicated fan of Ross the computer ‘help and repair’ man. Ross is a total gentleman. My computer had died and the first thing he offered me were some budget solutions. So refreshing to not be given the hard sell for very expensive kit. As it was had picked out a new computer and Ross made sure that we discerned the best spec for us. There are so many computers out there and it is really hard, as a lay person, to discern one from another. I was impressed because I asked Ross how I should get rid of the drive and basically, given that it had completely crashed, there was nothing doing. But he also advised that where a removed hard drive is working he would advise drilling a hollr through it. Ross is a young man who really knows computers inside and out. I had managed to do a certain amount on setting up the new computer myself, but Ross refined what I had done, added a super anti virus programme that puts McAfee and Norton to shame, and generally sorted out some random settings etc that I had not addressed. Ross is a genuine computer savvy guy. I recommend him 100%. I shall certainly go back to him with any computer problems in the future. Thank you Ross

So pleased Ross was recommended to me, he really sorted my laptop out for me very efficiently and explains everything so well. He also repaired the screen when I stupidly shut my laptop under my reclining chair when I lowered it without realising it had fallen below it!!
Ross was a star fixing my internet which had stopped working even though the PC was hard wired. He routed the internet through the house’s electrical cables! All working now…. great fast, efficient and friendly service.
