How To Add Import & Embed Facebook Reviews Into A Website

In this document we are going to show you how you can easily add your Facebook reviews from your Facebook Business page to your website.  We will do this with the assistance of the tools available on the VocalReferences website.

To start we ask you to follow the following steps:

  1. Go to https://www.vocalreferences.com
  2. Create an account & fill out your business profile 
  3. Click on the Testimonials Top Menu
  4. Click on the Import Testimonials Menu

You will now be presented with a screen with the option to import your Facebook Reviews.  Click on the Import Facebook Reviews button.

If you are not already logged into your Facebook account, login now.

You will now be presented with a drop down list of all the Facebook business pages you manage.  You will need to be the Facebook Page Manager or Admin, to import the reviews.

Select the Facebook Business Page from which you wish to import the Facebook Reviews.

If there are reviews on the page, you will now see a table with all those reviews.

At this point you can delete those reviews you wish NOT to import.

If all is satisfactory, click on the Save button to save the Facebook Reviews to your VocalReferences account.

There are many ways the online market comes into contact with your business; your website, Facebook page, Twitter account, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube.  In addition there are a number of online directories which are investing heavily in driving traffic to your business, via their directory.  What this means is that there are many opportunities for you to interact with your potential market.  The flip side is that you will need to manage multiple accounts and sites in order to take advantage of these opportunities.

One way to get around this marketing clutter is to present your customer with a unified window to your business.  When someone wants to learn more about your business, they will go to your website.  It is here where you can provide that unified window.

Part of creating this unified view of your business is to unify the various reviews, testimonials and ratings that appear on the various online sites.
